Can I return RE-BELLS at any time without reason?
Yes, you can return RE-BELLS at any time during first 30 days.
Though, a RE-BELL would appreciate, if you could state a reason 🙂
Can I change subscription plans?
Subscription plans are flexible, you can change your plan according to your current needs. You will monthly pay only for the RE-BELLS that are in use.
Can I pay by invoice instead of automatic credit card payment or paypal?
The system is automated and other payment methods, such as invoice payment is charged extra 4 euros per invoice.
PAYMENT FOR RE-BELLS SYSTEM IS ABLE THROUGH BANK TRANSFER, CASH AT DELIVERY, BY CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL.
When will I receive my RE-BELLS?
After subscribing, you will receive your RE-BELLS in 3-7 days.
Can I pay initial fee on delivery?
Yes absolutely, you can pay the initial fee directly to the delivery guy by cash or by credit card.
WHAT IS RB MANAGER?
REMOTE MANAGER IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET AND COMMUNICATES WITH THE BUTTONS. IT IS A DEVICE WITH A DISPLAY SHOWING WAITER CALL REQUESTS IN A QUEUE. IT ALSO HAS BUTTONS WHICH ARE USED TO MARK ORDERS AS PROCESSED. WAITER CALL REQUESTS CAN ALSO BE SHOWN ON A WINDOWS PC APP (CASH REGISTER).
WHAT ANALYTICS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM REMOTE MANAGER?
DATA OUTPUTS OF THE REMOTE MANAGER ARE MONTHLY PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF STAFF AND YOUR BUSINESS. DATA ARE SET INDIVIDUALLY FOR EACH CUSTOMER. MANAGERS USE ANALYTICS AS A CONTROLLING TOOL AND ALSO AS A GUIDELINE FOR OPTIMISING SHIFTS.
How RE-BELLS work?
When a customer presses the button, waiter gets notified by a pop-up message on windows PC (cash register), also through lcd display on RB manager, or on smartwatch (launch summer 2016)
What is RE-BELLS?
RE-BELLS are remote bells used to call a waiter in a simple, effective and decent way. In short, it is a waiter or waitress call system.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 2 years. If your battery gets low, you will get noticed (and we also). before the battery dies totally, you will receive a
whole new RE-BELLS for exchange for your old one.
What if someone steels a RB from my place?
You fill a request in your account page (link) and you will receive new RB within 24 hours with payment on delivery. During this time you use the spare bell.
Can I install RE-BELLS on my own?
Yes you can. Actually the setup is easy. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE SYSTEM PRECONFIGURED, SO YOU ONLY HAVE TO DISTRIBUTE RE-BELLS DEVICES AND PLUG REMOTE MANAGER TO POWER. The only thing you need is internet connection.
What is necessary for RE-BELLS to work at my place?
Internet connection – wi-fi or over cable.
