Device displays first four waiter call requests, therefore you will always know which table request should be completed first.
Buttons
Illuminated button indicates waiter call request.
Flashing button indicates bill request.
After serving customer, waiter uses the button to mark request as done.
Smart Features
FIRST IN FIRST OUT
The oldest waiter call request will show up first, therefore the longest waiting customer will be handled first.
SMART NOTIFICATIONS
Once a table is in a queue, sound notifications are disabled until the request is completed, therefore playful guests will not be able to bother waiters.
REQUEST CONFIRMATIONS
When RemoteManager successfully receives a call from Bell, it will reply with a confirmation, therefore table requests will not get lost.
CUSTOM TABLE LABELS
You can set up your own system of labelling tables as any three character combination of letters and numbers. Therefore your waiters will immediately get used to the system.
FULLY SYNCED
Multiple RemoteManagers and apps are all fully synchronised, meaning if waiter completes waiter call request on one device, all other devices will automatically sync their queue instantly.
